I am here to educate the world on the importance of conserving energy and environmental stewardship. Along with my old friends from the U. S. Forest Service, Woodsy Owl and Smokey Bear, whom brought awareness of other important environmental concerns for ending pollution and preventing forest fires, I am carrying the energy conservation, reduce, reuse and recycle.
My main focus is to teach generations of people to conserve, conserve...protect.
Captain Lo-Watt is a fluorescent light bulb superhero. He is designed to connect with small children and teach them at an early age the importance of conserving energy and how they can all do their part. His main quest is to introduce the concept of conservation by using his mantra, "Conserve...Conserve is the word of the day!" In his first book, he will lead by example as he saves his newly found friends, Eddie Electri and Ella Tricity, who are exhausted and overworked standard light bulb characters that have been providing light for many years. Throughout his book series, Captain Lo-Watt will make conservation education fun and exciting for children of all ages by teaching them that they too can be Conservation Super Heroes.
